SHIPPING AND RETURNS
At, Rave Party Wear we have processed and shipped out more than 2,000 orders to customers located all over the world. Here you’ll find information about our Shipping services as well as our Return and Exchange policies.

SHIPPING
Our products are shipped within 2-3 business days of placing your order via our preferred carrier, USPS (United States Postal Service).

All shipping times provided by either Rave Party Wear or USPS are estimates of the United States Postal Service and are not guaranteed. Please visit www.usps.com for more information.

International shipments are subject to additional customs/tax charges depending on each individual country’s tax and duties policies. Rave Party Wear is not responsible for these extra charges.

Orders must provide a valid address, and any un-deliverable packages returned to our warehouse due to address issues may require additional shipping charges.

RETURNS
All returns are accepted up to 30 days from the time the order is received. Eligible return items must be unused, in the same condition they are received, and shipped back in the original packaging – including your receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that do not meet the above criteria.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $70, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as Rave Party Wear and USPS don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@test.com including your order number and your requested return item(s).

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return reaches our warehouse and is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether or not your refund was accepted.

If your item is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your payment card. Please note, returns payments take 24-48 hours to appear in your account, while PayPal may take up to 72 hours.

In the event that you don’t receive your refund within the time frames above, please contact the card issuer, as it may take additional time for them to post your refund. Additionally, your bank
